| Robert Steele is our Senior Trainer/Facilitator and Programme Development Manager. He has over 17 years experience in experiential education programme design and evaluation, having worked in a variety of countries and organisations in the US, Africa, Guatemala, Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region. Robert’s expertise is in experiential team-building, systems thinking, shared visioning, organizational change management, strategic planning and organizational strategic capacity evaluation. Neil Biggadike is a Lead Facilitator and Programme Designer. Neil has an MSc. in Interactive Multimedia Management from Huddersfield University, UK. He has lived in Thailand for a number of years and has a wealth of experience in team dynamics, resource management and an understanding of the importance of differing cultural management models in the global market. | ||
