Systems Thinking is a method of understanding the big picture as well as the parts that make it. Systems Thinking can be used to chart the progress of future events or actions, then predict where the best places in the system are in order to effect change.

2. Systems Modelling.
This module is a short session design to demonstrate how to construct a systems map. We get specific and the participants will design a map of their own workplace system and see how it impacts of others

3. 6 Hats Perspectives.
The six hats system allows us to look at a system from six different perspectives.




4. Feedback Loops.

Giving and receiving feedback is the possibly the core skill to make systems thinking really
work. This module examines how to effectively manage and filter feedback.

5. Finding Leverage Points
Understanding systems can show us where critical or leverage points occur. Changing the
nature of the leverage point can have dramatic effects on other parts of the system, and can be used to fine tune operating procedures.
6. Systems Thinking & Mind Mapping
Both systems thinking and mind mapping use visual clues in their construction. They are however, used for different purposes. Mind mapping might be best used for problem solving and critical thinking processes, whereas system thinking can be best employed to review strategy and locate strategic leverage points.

7. Systems Thinking & LEAN Thinking.
LEAN thinking is a very productive methodology, certainly. If not employed carefully however, LEAN can actually cost a Business a great deal of money and resources. Systems thinking can be used to design protocols that take away a lot of the guesswork out of LEAN production.
