| The term team-building has very different meanings to many people. The AMA team-building course is designed so that your staff can take a little time to discover for themselves what dynamics make up a successful team. This course is designed as a general introduction for all members of the team / department, regardless of position or function. Team-building courses should be fun while making sure that the participants are given some time for personal reflection. | ||
| 1. Introduction to effective teams. This module is a short introduction to the elements that make up a successful team. People who communicate well are always valued in a team. There are many ways to improve group communications and this module can be used to explore general issues with the group’s own experiences. (please look at the Communications Course modules if you require more specific discussion topics.) | 3. Critical Thinking Skills Sometimes the solution to a problem is not obviously apparent. This module is designed to highlight the processes that we go through inorder to reach our ultimate target. ![]() | |
