Of course, the learning aspect of the AMA programme is important. All of the
above activities are carefully integrated with our specialist training
programme, to make the learning experience more interesting.
Our Base Resort in this region offers excellent accommodations in a
peaceful and tranquil setting. The Kaeng Krachan programme is one
of our more popular management training and team-building
destinations.
Our programmes are managed by experienced AMA staff and
are mainly conducted in English. We recognise that the level of
spoken English varies from group to group. We have many Thai
speaking facilitators with each programme, ensuring
that all yourpersonnel get the most out of the experience.
There is always safety equipment used where necessary. Many of the
adventure activities can be conducted within the safe confines of the
Resort itself
