Set amongst the stunning mountain scenery, our Resortoffers excellent accommodation, good food and a relaxing
environment in which to conduct our exercises. We make use
of the coastal features, its islands and plantations, for a wide
variety of different team building and experiential learning
objectives.
Of course, the learning aspect of the AMA programme is
important. Equally important are the fun adventure activities
we also have to offer, challenging team members to explore
and confront their preconceptions. AMA programmes are
generally conducted in English, though we recognise that the level of spoken English of our teams
may vary considerably between individuals. With that in mind AMA programmes always include Thai speaking facilitators. Our experienced facilitators look after their teams throughout these activities, concluding the exercise with a comprehensive debriefing discussion.There is always safety equipment used where necessary. Many of the adventure activities can be conducted within the safe confines of the Resort itself
Safety issues are very important to AMA. All of our activities are managed by our team facilitators at all times. We maintain a registered nurse and full first aid kit which are mobile.
