Our trainers come from a variety of business backgrounds, each offering a unique perspective to the challenges of Corporate Management techniques.

Robert Steele is our Senior Trainer/Facilitator and Programme Development Manager. He has over 17 years experience in experiential education programme design and evaluation, having worked in a variety of countries and organizations in the US, Africa, Guatemala, Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region. Robert's expertise is in experiential teambuilding, systems thinking, shared visioning, organizational change management, strategic planning and organizational strategic capacity evaluation.

Ms. Wasana Singh MSc (Economics)
Singh attained her masters degree at the National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok. Having experience as a Financial Analyst, Sales Manager and Guest university Lecturer, Singh now shares her experiences with management teams around Thailand.
Singh has been employed by AMA for sometime now, enjoying the challenges that each new client brings to our programme.

Songsmorn Thongsongsom BA. (Soy)
Since joining AMA a few years ago, Soy has been responsible for facilitating students and clients to achieve their goals, conducting experiential programmes and regularly contributing to AMA's Adventure Race Events. After completing her degree, she returned to Thailand with a BA in Political Science- Economics from the University of Delhi. Having studied for 4 years in Delhi and worked as a volunteer for 3 months in Koltata, she developed a strong interest in foreign cultures and later in life pursued opportunities to meet new friends from all walks of life.

Maratee T. M.A.
Journalism and Mass Communication

Maratee has worked in import-export companies which gave her the opportunities to travel in many different countries. She has experience in the field of Sales, Marketing, Administration and Logistics. Since studying, Maratee has worked as a part-time English teacher. She has her own business exporting Betta fish. She also works freelance as CSR coordinator, event organizer, market researcher, and web developer. She spends her free time as a volunteer teaching English and Mathematics to disadvantaged and handicapped people, reading books for blind students.

Watkana Thongrueng (Nong)

She has a BSc. in Fisheries with a major in Marine science from Kasetsart University. Having experiences in coastal resources research and management, working corporate with communities and schools in local area. For the past two and half years she has been working with Department of Environmental Quality Promotion under Ministry of Environment departments, Action Aid and several NGOs in Thailand to provide teacher training, School manual, environmental education event, etc.
